CBS3 Philidelphia – Police say a teenager went after her parents with two kitchen knives after they took away her cell phone, forcing the frightened adults to lock themselves in a bedroom until officers arrived.
Delaware State Police Cpl. Bruce Harris says it took the officers about 10 minutes to persuade the 16-year-old to put down the large blades early Sunday morning. The girl was not identified.
