100-mph car chase ends when driver stops to pay toll, use valet parking

NBC Dallas Ft Worth – Cigar-smoking woman arrested outside DFW Airport hotel.

Sandra Stephens-Parker, 60, was arrested about 4:30 a.m. for evading arrest and drunk driving.
