Only in Florida. Woman arrested for assault with a deadly…..Bagel!

A St. Petersburg woman was charged with battery after hitting a man in the head with a bagel. Even stranger the story reports that the woman was violating a temporary injunction filed last week by even going to see the victim early Sunday morning. She was also on probation from a 2006 criminal mischief case.

Nothing else was reported so have no idea is it was just a plain bagel, or maybe a nice poppyseed bagel with cream cheese.

Teen attempts murder-suicide by shooting his father in the head, then shooting himself in the mouth. Both survive. Oh Florida

The Lake County Sheriffs office responded to an attempted murder suicide Friday morning in Leesburg involving a 16 year old who shot his father then himself.

The incident unfolded when investigators said the son who has been indentified as 16 year old Dylan Wallace got into an argument with his father, David Wallace, over unpaid traffic tickets. The argument escalated and the 16 year old shot his father in the head.

After shooting his father, the teen then went out into the front yard and shot himself in the mouth.

“Once our deputies arrived,” Lake County Deputy Sergeant John Herrell said. “The father actually met the deputy at the door. He was up and able to move about.”

Both victims were airlifted to Orlando Regional Medical Center and were both listed in stable condition.

Deputies said Dylan Wallace is a student at Leesburg High School and Friday morning’s incident was his fourth suicide attempt. Authorities said the teen will most likely be charged attempted murder.

Oh to be young and so free to …. have a argument and shoot your father!? Kids today. So ….. trigger happy.

I’m not going to say much. I was dissappointed in Oklahoma’s loss but Florida played a good game. It was still very entertaining and a great match up to watch. But in the end they outplayed Oklahoma and in turn won fair and square.

With College Football coming to a close tonight and two Heisman Trophy winners facing off. Tonight’s game will be great.

As a Sooner I hope this goes in the record books. Sam Bradford is amazing and Tim Tebow is too. This is a great match for a Championship Game. I just wish I was in Florida right now.

Man goes on Listerine-fueled bender in Wal-Mart bathroom. Prison nickname will be ‘Minty Fresh’.

In Jacksonville, Florida a man was arrested after a Wal-Mart employee called police in reference to a “drunken dispute.”

According to the police report, the officer got to the Wal-Mart before 1 a.m. Monday, and an employee said a man was locked in the bathroom drinking Listerine mouthwash.

The man refused the officer’s order to come out of the bathroom, so the officer went in. He found that that ‘minty fresh’ man had locked himself in a stall and was on the floor continuing to drink the mouthwash.

The officer forced the stall open, and the man then tried to drink the rest of the mouthwash.

Obviouslly the man was then arrested and taken to jail.

These are hard times for all, but seriouslly I know you can get a 40 of malt liquor for about a dollar at 7-11.
